aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/b><\/h3><\/div>\n<p>01.<br \/>A\u00f1ade el <strong>Ovo Inteiro DOVO Solo<\/strong> al az\u00facar y a la esencia de vainilla, batiendo hasta obtener una crema esponjosa.<\/p>\n<p>02.<br \/>Incorpora la harina poco a poco, mezclando suavemente.<\/p>\n<p>03.<br \/>Vierte la masa en una bandeja de 35&#215;23 cm, engrasada con margarina, forrada con papel vegetal y nuevamente engrasada.<\/p>\n<p>04.<br \/>Lleva al horno, previamente precalentado a 180 \u00b0C, y deja cocer durante 20 minutos, comprobando la cocci\u00f3n con un palillo.<\/p>\n<p>05.<br \/>Espolvorea un pa\u00f1o limpio con az\u00facar y desmolda la masa sobre \u00e9l. <br \/>Deja enfriar durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>05.<br \/>Mientras tanto, corta las fresas, a\u00f1ade 50 g de az\u00facar y el vino de Oporto, dejando macerar durante 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>06.<br \/>Monta la nata (col\u00f3cala en el congelador 15 minutos antes de usarla) con el zumo de lim\u00f3n, a\u00f1ade el az\u00facar y bate un poco m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>07.<br \/>A\u00f1ade las fresas, ligeramente escurridas, a la mitad de la nata montada y mezcla.<br \/>Reserva en el frigor\u00edfico el resto de la nata.<\/p>\n<p>08.<br \/>Cuando la masa del brazo est\u00e9 templada, extiende sobre ella la nata con fresas.<\/p>\n<p>09.<br \/>Con la ayuda del pa\u00f1o, enrolla el brazo y aj\u00fastalo bien.<\/p>\n<p>10.<br \/>Con cuidado, coloca el brazo en un plato de servir y retira el pa\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>11.<br \/>Cubre el exterior con la nata reservada y decora con fresas.<br \/>Sirve
